These terms govern your use of all Joe Pizarro products, platforms, and properties — including FeedZip, LegacyLife, SupFacts, LogicShop OS, Borego OS, AOS, Skills for AI, and SellerScope.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Joe Pizarro property, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platforms or download our assets.
2.License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platforms and downloaded frameworks for your own internal business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or white-label any framework, asset, or output without explicit written permission.
3.Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, methodologies, brand names, logos, code, written material, audio, video, and generated assets provided through our properties are the intellectual property of Joe Pizarro. The Commerce Knowledge Architecture, the AI Operator Score, and associated operating systems are owned and governed by Joe Pizarro. Nothing on these sites grants you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary methodologies.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overwhelm our systems. Email-based rate limiting restricts downloads per asset; attempts to bypass these limits will be blocked and logged.
5.AI Outputs
Outputs generated by our AI are decision support, not professional advice. Confidence levels and blind spots are surfaced explicitly. You remain responsible for decisions made based on our frameworks.
6.Third-Party Integrations
Some properties connect to third-party tools. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their behavior or data handling.
7.No Warranty
Our properties are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Pizarro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our properties.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
