Accessibility is part of how we design, not an afterthought. Across all Joe Pizarro properties we aim for WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and continuous improvement.
Perceivable
Content is designed to be readable with sufficient contrast, resizable text, and text alternatives for meaningful imagery.
Operable
All interactive elements are reachable and usable via keyboard. No content traps focus or relies solely on motion timing.
Understandable
Navigation, headings, and labels are consistent and predictable. Forms provide clear, inline guidance.
Robust
Pages are built with semantic HTML and work across modern browsers, screen readers, and assistive technologies.
Assistive Tech Friendly
We test with screen readers and respect reduced-motion preferences. Animations can be bypassed without losing meaning.
Performance
We prioritize fast, lightweight pages to keep content reachable on low-powered devices and constrained networks.
Standards We Follow
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and apply progressive enhancement so core content and navigation work even when scripting or animations are disabled.
Known Limitations
Some embedded third-party content (videos, maps, interactive graph embeds, or external widgets) may not fully conform to our standards. We actively review these and provide readable fallbacks wherever possible.
